Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of the WarLedger website and companion app. By using WarLedger, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Independent companion

WarLedger is an independent companion app for WARDOGS. It is not the game itself and does not claim ownership of WARDOGS names, trademarks or game assets, which belong to their respective owners.

Reference information

WarLedger provides informational and reference features, including item data, comparisons, prices, payout or XP references and related game information. Game data can change, become unavailable or differ from what appears in the app.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on the information shown. WarLedger does not guarantee that every value will always be current, complete or error-free.

Acceptable use

You may use WarLedger for personal, lawful companion-app purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security measures, misuse infrastructure, introduce malicious code, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Third-party platforms and links

WarLedger relies on or may link to third-party services, including Overwolf. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, interruptions or decisions made by third-party platforms.

Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or remove WarLedger features as the product, WARDOGS or supporting services evolve. We may also update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.

Disclaimers and limitation

WarLedger is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that all reference data will always be accurate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WarLedger and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
